Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness and should not be neglected. Mental fitness is keeping your brain and emotional health in superb shape. It refers to activities that help you focus, slow down, decompress, boost your memory and retain emotional well-being. Mental fitness refers to a healthy and strong mind that allows you to handle daily challenges and opportunities, without getting too stressed and warned out.
